D41 Rental Policies

  • No pets
  • No smoking
  • 50% deposit upon booking
  • 2 Night minimum stay unless otherwise noted
  • If cancellation is given 30 days prior to arrival,
    deposit will be refunded.
  • Remainder of rental fees are due 30 days prior to
    arrival.
  • $75 security deposit required, which will be refunded
    within 5-7 days of departure inspection
  • Rates do not reflect Holiday or School Vacation
    dates -or- Luxury Mountain Getaways amenities fee.
  • Important note:  Rates are subject to change, and are
    not final until confirmed for specific vacation dates.
